INTERNSHIP: WAM MANAGEMENT
I created each of these posters and illustrations as part of an internship with Wam Management, an entertainment agency in Australia. Working on projects related to music is always something I hope to do, so this was a personally very fulfilling experience.
The illustrative elements were created in Clip Studio Paint, and the layout and typography was applied in Photoshop.

REDESIGN: VOYAGE ~SANS RETOUR~
This is a full album redesign I did of MALICE MIZER’s 2nd album, “Voyage ~Sans Retour~”. Elements include a cover, booklet, and CD design. I value the experience I had making this. The process was new for me, and I loved the subject matter.
Made using Clip Studio Paint, and Indesign.
THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX: POETRY
This is a project I worked on for several weeks at the end of 2023. The goal was to present a written work in a unique way, and I ended up choosing to make this display to hold the lyrics of BUCK-TICK’s “die”. The viewer sits down it front of the display and individually unravels each of the lyrics panels placed around the stems of the red spider-lilies (they represent death in the band’s native country, Japan). In the end, the viewer is left staring at an empty crying shell.
The lyric panels were made in InDesign.

BOOK COVER AND SPOT ILLUSTRATIONS: THE CATCHER IN THE RYE
This is the first book redesign I ever made. My goal was to make a cover that captured the feeling of loneliness that the story centers around, and to make a set of spot illustrations that highlight the key points of the main character’s psyche and mental health struggles.
The illustrations were made in Clip Studio, and the text was applied in InDesign.

PACKAGE DESIGN FOR A CLOTHING ITEM: CHAOS CLOSET
This packaging prototype of a coffin shaped T-shirt box is part of a larger theoretical branding project called “Chaos Closet”. The brand aesthetic is rooted in dark circus/gothic themes. The image directly to the right is my first concept sketch, and the photos below are the final product with a spare black shirt I had as a placeholder for the intended shirt with the printed design from the front of the box.
Designed in Illustrator.
